When in service, the Food Hall provides diverse food concepts to tenants of 120 Broadway, including hot buffet items, mobile pick-up orders, grab-and-go snacks and beverages. When not in service, the kiosks in the center of the floor can be removed, creating a space that is ideal for pre-dinner receptions or post-event lounges. Utilizing in-house screens or drapes, the Food Hall server can be closed off during events or left open to utilize for screen-protected buffet service.

The Lounge serves as the main event space and can be rented in its entirety or in halves. A blank canvas, the space easily transforms for receptions, dinners, presentations, or performances, featuring a built-in bar, which provides the perfect backdrop for beer, wine and liquor packages. Included in the rental fee, the Lounge includes two retractable projectors, adjustable lighting, free Wi-Fi, and surround sound. Also included, the in-house furniture can be utilized or removed from the space, depending on set-up.

The two separate rooftop Terraces can each accommodate 100 guests (standing) and can be rented separately. Stunning unobstructed views of the Statue of Liberty on the Southside and the Chrysler Building on the Northside provide the perfect backdrop for photos and catching the sunset. State-of-the-art technology includes two built-in LED TVs with projection capabilities, power outlets, free Wi-Fi, soft uplighting, and surround sound. Built-in banquet seating is available and additional furniture can be rented as well.
