Operated by GrowNYC and steps from our iconic Union Square Greenmarket, Project Farmhouse hosts workshops, galas, speakers, community meetings, and interactive exhibits.

Capacity: 205 Standing; 100 Seated
Located on the ground floor of the new Hyatt Union Square Hotel, Project Farmhouse is a multi-use 3,500 square foot event space with built-in projections and a sound system with wireless microphones. It's an airy and spacious conference room featuring a salvaged wood table. A demo kitchen featuring Gaggenau appliances allows for interactive cooking demos or dramatic dining while there's a separate kitchen for catering. Con Edison Green Wall brings the outdoors inside with live plants awash in beautiful light.
