The Gallery & Bowery Common

Located on the 2nd floor of the hotel, overlooking the Manhattan Bridge promenade, the Gallery and Bowery Common event spaces feature an expansive, flexible open floorplan and private outdoor terrace. Ideal for social and corporate events alike. The Atlantic Garden terrace can accommodate a 30 x 40 tent. Total Square Footage: 2,500 square feet interior / 5,000 square feet exterior.

Precious Coral Boardroom

Standing: 15; Seated 12
Located on the 3rd floor of the hotel, overlooking the Manhattan Bridge promenade, the Precious Coral Boardroom offers seating for 12, private bathroom and full A/V capabilities. Total Square Footage: 400.
