WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO

What I love about my job is having endless creativity. There is always something new to try wether it is a dish or flavor profile. Constantly creating and developing dishes is fun for me.
 

PERSONAL STATEMENT

My favorite early food memories is a tradition that my family still does to this day. Holidays- especially Thanksgiving is a big deal in my family and I remember being in the kitchen watching my grandmother and mother prepare for the large dinner.
