FAVORITE FOOD MEMORY

As a child, I was also inspired by taking a few simple ingredients and creating an entire meal. For countless hours, my “mama” would knead dough in the basement and she would have me crank the handle to the fettuccine maker as she fed through the fresh dough. So many great meals and even better memories started in the San Francisco basement, on an old table, with Flour, Eggs and a little Salt
 

WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO

I am passionate about creating memorable experiences. I am encouraged daily by working alongside of the most creative minds in NYC. Together, we have the pleasure of serving a diverse audience across the 5 boroughs. From museums and theaters, weddings and galas. Our work as an organized stretches far beyond. Our dedication to social services and aiding in recovery dates back pre 9/11 and hold true today as we work to feed NYC most vulnerable as we fight this pandemic. I love that each day, somewhere on the list of talent that we call a family, my name remains alongside these passionate individuals
 

PERSONAL STATEMENT

My roots in the business started around a table in San Francisco. I learned at an early age what great homemade food was, where the ingredients came from, that love was the secret ingredient in creating anything. I learned around that table what family meant, how to treats others, what great leaders and role models looks like, how they talk, and how they make you feel. I am grateful that all these years later I get work in an environment and in a city that supports, nurtures and celebrates the basic but fundamental qualities.
