Any pop culture maven, or Trivial Pursuit aficionado, will be delighted to celebrate, collaborate, or meet at this one of a kind spot. The Paley Center is a non-profit devoted to exploring the evolving ways in which we create, consume, and connect through media. With locations in New York and Los Angeles, and boasting one of the paramount public archives of television and radio programming, the Paley Center produces screenings, forums, and educational programs that engage the general public and the professional community in a conversation about the impact of media on our lives.
For our party planners: the New York location has rental spaces including two theaters, a boardroom, a screening room, a conference room, a lobby/gallery for receptions, and a library. The Paley Center offers distinctive spaces for all types of corporate events: from cocktail receptions to press conferences to formal dinners to more intimate gatherings. As you can imagine, the Paley Center for Media provides state-of-the-art equipment and sound systems in theaters and conference rooms.
If this space itself isn’t enough to entice you, Great Performances and the Paley Center are teaming up for a unique offer. Historically, institutions must be a corporate member (beginning at $5,000 level) of the Paley Center or a not-for-profit organization to be eligible to use the Paley Center facilities. However, now through June of 2013, the Paley Center will be waiving its membership fee to those not yet affiliated with the Paley Center and offering special discounts to existing members who would like to host their event in true style.
To learn more about the promotion simply contact Great Performances with your inquiry. We will work with the Paley Center’s Events Department to help you plan an event in star style.
