BRAVO AWARDS

Great Performances’ employee recognition program, Bravo, celebrates those employees who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional hospitality and seamless service to our guests.

Each quarter, we recognize employees nominated by their managers and teams for exemplifying Great Performances’ service values. These employees are the heroes that make our events successful: from front of house teams who directly interact with our guests to back of house teams who provide the support and infrastructure that make events run smoothly.

Q1 2022 Recipients

Stefanny Garcia Ochoa

Assembly Team Leader, Culinary Team

Stefanny Garcia Ochoa has been working in the production kitchen since May 2017. She is our Assembly Team Leader. For those who don’t know, the Assembly Team puts together all the packaged meals that we send out to every one of our events, from Bento Boxes and Buddha Bowls to Breakfast Bowls and more. She takes pride in the way our food tastes and looks, but her strongest attribute is the way her team responds to her leadership and direction. Stefanny leads with a team environment focus, and you can see it in the faces of her team members and the care in which they go about their day.

We depend on her and her team to deliver these very important components to our events and there is not a day when she does not deliver. We are stronger because of her and appreciate her workmanship.

Courtney Davis

Host, Dizzy's Club; Concessions Bartender

Courtney Davis has been longtime venue employee since November 2017. Over the years at GP, she has worked and thrived at venue concessions, starting off at BAM. Her track record, pleasant demeanor and gracious hospitality made it the perfect storm for me to see her strengths and want to have her work with me. Her dedication and work ethic caused all the venues managers to want her on their schedules: BAM, Jazz, Signature and Apollo. She was able to manage all four venue schedules with four different venue managers and that is not at easy task at all! Most recently, she has added Hosting at Dizzy’s to her GP venue portfolio. I am very proud and happy to work alongside my colleague, Courtney. Keep up the great work!

Lakoshia Brown

Lakoshia Brown deserves to be nominated for the Bravo Award because she exudes hospitality.  She is the epitome of the word.  From the time she arrives on-site at the FIRST location she works at daily, she is ensuring that her customers, supervisors, and fellow attendants have what they need in the most friendly, efficient way possible. This all before heading to the SECOND location she is responsible for handling, where they sing her praises as often as possible.  She is an integral part of the success of our team and we are proud to have her.
