The Rare Book Room on the Strand Book Store’s third floor is lined with shelves packed with leather-bound classics and signed first editions. The legendary space has played host to decades of treasures from all eras and we invite you to host your own event in their midst.

Whether you’re renting our beautiful space “to please or to educate,” as Horace would suggest, the Rare Book Room is a flexible and ample space that retains an intimate atmosphere. Past events have run the gamut from weddings to wine tastings, and even a burlesque night.
