Organic produce from the Farm is at the heart of each and every product. Other ingredients are also sourced locally, like Samascott Orchard Ida Red apples in the Bob-B-Q Sauce and Sprout Creek Farm Toussaint cheese in the Pesto.
All Katchkie Farm Artisanal Products are made in small batches rather than mass-produced.
The motto is: "When it's gone, we wait for next year!"

A portion of our profits goes to support the programs of The Sylvia Center: a not-for-profit organization committed to educating children about food and nutrition through hands-on experiences on our farm. The children plant, harvest, and cook as a world of new flavors opens up to them. MORE
