Angela Perez, HR Director here at GP shares her mom's famous Noodle Cake!
Ingredients
- 1 package medium size egg noodles
- 4 eggs beaten well
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese
- 1 8 ounce container sour cream
- 1⁄2 c sugar
- 1 t vanilla
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Combine all remaining ingredients and add in the cooked and drained noodles. Pour the noodle mixture into a greased glass oven pan and bake for 1 hour.
