Description
The thyme in this martini makes it the perfect pair for turkey or chicken.
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1⁄2 oz thyme infuse dry vermouth (recipe below)
- juice of one lemon wedge
Instructions
For the Thyme Infused Dry Vermouth:
8 sprigs fresh thyme
1 bottle dry vermouth
Add thyme to bottle and infuse for at least 24 hours.
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
