Description
This is a sure fire, super duper easy recipe that will impress any guest!
Ingredients
- dough for one pizza
- 3 T extra virgin olive oil
- 5 oz fig marmalade
- 1⁄2 lb mozzarella di bufala
- 1⁄2 lb prosciutto crudo
- handful fresh arugula
- 1⁄4 c shaved parmigiano reggiano
Instructions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Roll out the pizza dough and brush with plenty of olive oil. Spread the marmalade over the dough, as if it were tomato sauce. Slice the mozzarella and place on top of the marmalade. Bake for about 12-15 minutes and remove from the oven. Slice the prosciutto into thin ribbons and cover the pie with the thin slices. Top with arugula and the shaved Parmigiano Reggiano and slided fresh fig.
