Description
A great fresh, cruncy and flavorful addition to any Turkey Day spread!
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 c mayonnaise
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 3 T chopped parsley
- 2 T lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 2 c julienned celery root (use a mandoline if available)
- 1 c julienned apple
Instructions
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, parsley and lemon juice in a bowl. Add the celery root and apple. Toss well to combine and season with salt and pepper.
