Organic produce from the farm is at the heart of each and every product. All Katchkie Farm Artisanal Products are made in small batches rather than mass-produced on a large scale. The motto is: "When it's gone, we wait for next year!"

Preservation of the harvest sustains the basic food values and eating practices of celebrating local foods when they're in season and putting enough away to enjoy in the off-season. With Katchkie Farm Artisanal Products, Great Performances is able to create flavorful recipes and develop local farm-inspired menu concepts such as the 100-Mile Menu (whether it be peak harvest season or winter in New York).
Our profits support the programs of The Sylvia Center: a not-for-profit organization committed to educating children about food and nutrition through hands-on experiences on our farm. The children plant, harvest, and cook as a world of new flavors opens up to them.
