Classes are led by Neem Dewji, certified in Hatha and Therapeutic Yoga from The Yoga for Health Foundation in Bedfordshire, England, and The Integral Yoga Institute in NYC. Suitable for all fitness levels. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring your own mat.
