Pops Goes the 4th! 
Escape from the city to enjoy a world-renowned concert at Caramoor in Katonah, Westchester. Purchase a group of tickets for your employees and their families in the Venetian Theater. Great Performances will meet your group at the HIGHLINE with some of our fantastic boxed dinners for your guests to enjoy as the sun sets. While you’re dining, we will coordinate an informational presentation with the “Friends of the Highline” to share how this exciting project came to fruition. Looking for a little more excitement? Head to one of Chelsea’s hot art galleries for an after-hours viewing and dessert reception.
The Science of Food and Drink
Invite your guests downtown to an eye-opening exploration of high-sci culinary techniques at our cozy Mae Mae Café. Amidst wood paneled warmth, our chefs will present a special menu using cutting-edge science and technology to form unique substances and drink experiences such as: Carrot Ginger “caviar”, Pineapple and Bacon “Glass”, Liquefied Caramel Popcorn, Dehydrated “Peanut Butter & Jelly” or a “Deconstructed Caprese” with Basil Foam. They will explain how standard culinary techniques are paired with chemistry for surprisingly delectable results and a unique experience.
360 Degrees of Local
Meet our own Farmer, Bob Walker, in person at the famous Union Square Green Market to tour the various farms, learn about the products and offerings at each stall, and educate your guests on what local items are available and in season. Then, the group will walk over to Astor Place’s fabulous demonstration kitchens to sample and taste what the region has to offer. Guests can enjoy a cheese or lettuce tasting, or participate in a teambuilding cooking evening of our famous “100-mile menu”. Items include House-Made Lasagna, Lamb Meatballs with Sheep’s Milk Raita, Smoked Brook Trout on Cornmeal Griddle Cakes, Wild Mushroom Pasta, and a fresh Katchie Farm “un-bloody Mary”!

Come in, close your eyes and listen to the waterfall. Welcome to the Japan Society, a tranquil event site on East 47th Street. Relax and have a shiatsu chair massage or reflexology foot massage. Learn how to make an origami crane. Enjoy a sake tasting and sushi bar. Or a demonstration about how to prepare Peking duck, and savor the result.
Harlem Nights
Hop the A Train or a double decker bus from your office and cruise uptown to 125th Street. First stop: a gallery tour at The Studio Museum in Harlem. We'll lead your guests through this nexus for black artists locally, nationally, and internationally, and for work that has been inspired by black culture. It is a site for the dynamic exchange of ideas about art and society. Final stop: Amateur Night at Legendary Apollo Theater. Enjoy some soul food in your very own private sound stage: Catfish and Red Beans, Fork Tender Ribs and Grits, Corn Fritters, Collard Greens and Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding.
