Why I Chose The Plaza for my Wedding...

Frankly, the difficult decision was California vs. Cairo. Once we agreed that New York was our common ground, the Plaza was the obvious choice for a quintessential New York wedding, especially around the holidays.

We were planning to combine a Western wedding with a traditional Indian ceremony, all in the same location on the same day.  With multiple setups, takedowns, attire changes and room changes for the guests, we needed a devoted team who always knew where people were, and where they had to be at each moment. 

We looked at all of the large venues in Manhattan, but something seemed special about The Plaza- from the grand ballroom to the personable service. We truly realized how fortunate we were to have selected The Plaza on the actual wedding day- they were masters of coordination and caring, with the ideal blend of opulence and personal contact. This shouldn't surprise anyone considering The Plaza for a wedding - what WILL surprise you is how much the team there will anticipate, coordinate, and - most importantly - care. They truly went above and beyond in each and every situation.

When it came time to planning our wedding, My husband and I wanted to choose a venue that captured the spirit of our relationship - romantic, classic and beautiful.  We wanted a New York wedding filled with tradition and elegance, and when it came down to it, no other hotel in the city encompassed all of these qualities and more.  We wouldn't trade our experience for the world.  Working with the staff at CPS made me feel like the most relaxed bride imaginable.  I cannot think of a more flawless experience.
