The Plaza Grand Ballroom hosted the 15th anniversary party of
the renowned wedding publication, Martha Stewart Weddings.
It was the wedding event of the season!
The event featured passed hors d'oeuvres and mouthwatering food stations from Morimoto, Ichiban, and Foremost. CPS Events additionally presented
the following dishes:
Simply Cut Tomatoes Carpaccio Style with Citrus and Caper Oils
served with Hand Harvested Greens
Roasted Beet Salad with a Goats Cheese and Cauliflower Puree
served with Katchkie Farm Mezza Greens and Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Duck Confit Roulade with Pickled Blackberries
served with Red Watercress and Mustard Vinaigrette
