-Pack-out party(s) in the warehouse for future deliveries
-Creates "short list" which consists of items missing from a party's pack-out (if necessary)
-Assists in loading company vehicle with pack-out and all other items for delivery
-Ensures that packed load is secure and ready for transport
-Accompanies driver to assist with loading/unloading of equipment and proofers at company event sites and venues
-Assists in breaking down product returning from venues / parties: separate proofers from dirty equipment, perishable food and returned beverages
-Assists by directing driver when backing up the truck, taking phone calls for driver, etc.
-Assists with general loading/unloading at loading dock
-Maintains the cleanliness of company vehicles, warehouse and loading dock spaces. Clean racks, throw away trash, sweep, and remove empty boxes, etc.

We are looking for concession staff to work at our Food and Drink Tents and our Katchkie Food Truck at Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts. Caramoor is located at 149 Girdle Ridge Road, Katonah, New York.
· Season starts the week of June 12th thru August 6th.
· Schedule based on the musical and theatrical performances at Caramoor.
· Shifts are typically Thursday thru Sunday, 3:00pm to 9:00pm, weekends are required.
As part of the team, you will be responsible for the set up and stocking of the food and supplies for the tents and concession stands, serving our guests in a friendly manner, all cash and credit card transactions, inventory, and closing responsibilities at the end of the shift.
