Wave Hill Harvest Brunch

Join us on Sunday, October 24th for the annual Fall Harvest Brunch at Wave Hill, a memorable experience to be shared with friends and family. Enjoy a peaceful morning while participating in a Tai Chi class, bring the little ones along to build tiny terrariums and finish your visit with our family-style brunch hosted by Great Performances. Relish this yearly event in Armor Hall while surrounded by grand windows, a medieval fireplace and an ornate cathedral ceiling. This special brunch menu will include dishes such as Roasted Wild Heritage Turkey with Cornbread and Andouille Sausage Dressing, Shakshuka, Fall Lentil Stew, and House Cured Salmon and Potato Latkes.

There will be two seatings for brunch, 10:30am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-3:30pm.

The dishes will feature ingredients from local purveyors and farmers as a part of Great Performances' 100 mile menu. Below are a few of our incredible partners we've teamed up with for this year's brunch.

DiPaola Turkey Farm: Wild Heritage Turkey
Dipaola Turkey Farm is a 2nd generation family farm. They raise free-range, antibiotic-free turkeys fed a mix of corn and soy.

Brimstone Mountain Farm: Eggs

Wild Hive Farm: Flour, Cornmeal, and Oatmeal
We are using Wild Hive Farm's flour and cornmeal to create the Cornbread & Andouille Sausage Dressing that will accompany the Oven Roasted Wild Heritage Turkey as well as the farm's oatmeal for the Oatmeal Pecan Cookies.

Wild Hive Farm is a farm and mill located in Clinton Corners, NY. It was founded by Don Lewis in 1982. He was a former professional beekeeper and slowly built a modest empire of whole grains and organic flours amid the waves of grain in the rolling terrain of Dutchess County, in the mid-Hudson Valley. It was established to promote sustainable agriculture in the Hudsin Valley through grain-based local agriculture.

Katchkie Farm: Peppers and Onions
Katchkie Farm is our year-round NOFA-certified organic farm in Kinderhook, New York. The farm's onions and peppers will be used for the Shakshuka and Red Bliss Potato Home Fries.
