3 pints cherry tomatoes
4 balls (2.5 oz each) burrata or fresh whole milk mozzarella, diced or torn into pieces (optional)
1.5 tbsp tarragon
Sea salt and fresh black pepper to taste
1) Slice cucumbers into thin rounds, and cut cherry tomatoes in half.
2) Cut cheese into chunks and add tarragon.
Drizzle with olive oil, sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.
