The roasted flavors in the agave and rum pair
perfectly with fresh late-season sweet corn in this refreshing cocktail.
¼ cup fresh corn kernels
½ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
½ ounce dark agave syrup
1 ½ ounce dark rum
Muddle the corn in a cocktail shaker until the corn breaks down and a milky liquid forms. Add the lime juice, agave and rum. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until the cocktail is chilled, about 10 seconds. Strain the cocktail in a glass and enjoy.
