Spicy Blueberry Smoothie

Makes about 2 servings

Ingredients

1 fresh or frozen banana 

1 cup frozen blueberries

½ cup almond or coconut milk

½ cup cashew yogurt

2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ - ½ tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

Add all ingredients, except spices, to a blender. Blend on high for 2 minutes. 

Taste, then add spices and blend again for 30 seconds. 

Taste again. Adjust sweetness or spices as desired.
