Yield 1 serving
2 oz bourbon
1 oz ginger ale (or ginger beer)
Splash sparkling apple cider, chilled
1 apple slice for garnish (and/or cinnamon sticks)
Combine bourbon and ginger ale in a pitcher and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve over ice in a rocks glass, and top with a splash of sparkling apple cider.
Garnish with an apple slice.
