Smoked Salmon and Cucumber Bites
4 oz smoked salmon
4 English cucumbers, sliced in thick rounds. Skin can be peeled off, if you prefer.
1 small shallot, chopped finely
1 T fresh dill
Splash Worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce, if preferred.)
Salt and pepper to taste
Chop the smoked salmon into small pieces, and chop the shallots and dill finely. Add other ingredients and stir gently until combined. Taste for seasoning. Serve on cucumbers rounds.
