4 oz smoked salmon
4 English cucumbers, sliced in thick rounds, skin peeled if preferred
1 small shallot, chopped finely
1 tbsp fresh dill
Splash Worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce, if preferred.)
Salt and pepper to taste
Chop smoked salmon into small pieces, and chop the shallots and dill finely. Add other ingredients and stir gently until combined. Taste for seasoning.
Serve on cucumbers rounds.
