Radishes with Whipped Butter and Sea Salt
Fresh radishes just need to be rinsed clean with cold water. For extra crispness, you can soak them in an ice bath for a few hours before serving.
Keep the green tops on (you can trim if needed) for easy handling.
Serve with good quality whipped butter and sea salt; place each in a small bowl on a platter with the radishes. If you have fresh herbs to use up, fold a tablespoon into the butter.
