Good quality whipped butter
Good quality sea salt (Fleur de Sel, Maldon, Amagansett)
Fresh baguette (optional)
1) Keep green tops on the radishes (you can trim if needed) for easy handling. Rinse fresh radishes with cold water. For extra crispness, soak radishes in an ice bath for a few hours before serving.
Serve with good quality whipped butter and sea salt; place each in a small bowl on a platter with the radishes. If you have fresh herbs to use up, fold a tablespoon into the butter. Serve with fresh baguette, if desired.
