Peach Crumble Ice Cream

Makes 1 quart


6            Peaches, as ripe as possible

¼   cup  Honey

I     cup  Heavy cream

¼   cup  Granulated sugar

2     oz   Liqour, optional (bourbon, vodka, tequila or brandy)

3            Oatmeal cookies


Drizzle the peaches with honey. Roast the peaches whole (with the pit) until soft and pulpy.

Once cooled, remove the pit and blend smooth with the next three ingredients.

Freeze in ice cream machine until thick. Remove from machine and fold in the oatmeal cookies.
