For the Parsley Elixir:
24 sprigs Flat-leaf parsley
For the Lemonade:
3 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Ginger, grated
Sugar, agave syrup or stevia natural sweetneer, to taste
4 slices Lemon, for garnish
In medium saucepan, combine parsley and 3 cups cold water. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 1 minute. Set aside, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover, and when cool enough to handle, squeeze parsley over pot, then discard. Pour Parsley Elixir into pitcher and chill.
Add to chilled Parsley Elixir, the lemon juice, ginger, and sweeten to taste. Fill four tall glasses with ice. Pour in Parsley Ginger Lemonade. Garnish with lemon slices, and serve.
