Smoothies are the perfect solution to get your daily greens! I like to spike mine with cinnamon and peanut butter and smooth it out with naturally-sweet cashew milk, but don't be afraid to get creative. This is just one template for a blended breakfast.

Ingredients:

1 handful Spinach

1 handful Kale

1 frozen Banana, sliced

2 Tbs Peanut butter

1 dash Vanilla extract

1 pinch Cinnamon

1/2 cup Cashew milk

Method:

Throw all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
