8 oz Tempeh, cut into any shape you'd like
2 Tbs Soy sauce
4 cloves Garlic, smashed
1/2 cup Vegetable broth
2 Tbs Balsamic vinegar
3 Tbs Fresh lime juice
1/4 cup Fresh thyme, leaves whole, soft stems roughly chopped
2 Tbs Olive oil
1. Mix all ingredients but tempeh in a big bowl, then add tempeh
2. Let marinate for 1 to 4 hours, flipping occasionally.
3. Preheat lightly oiled grill on medium high and make sure tempeh is thoroughly coated in marinade. Cook tempeh for 5 minutes on each side, flipping with a metal spatula, so that it doesn’t stick.
