Farmstand Popsicles

Makes 12 Popsicles


1   cup          Agave

2   cups        Water

1    qt            Mixed fruit purée

1    squeeze  Lemon juice


Take any fresh fruit and blend it (peeled or unpeeled if the skin is edible). When smooth, add the water and half of the agave. Taste for sweetness. Add agave until the flavor is right for you.  

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until they become icy. Add popsicle sticks and continue to freeze until hard. Run mold upside down under hot running water to loosen. Wrap popsicles in plastic and return to the freezer until ready to eat.
