Chocolate Loaf Cake

1 and 1/2 cups flour

1/3 cup cocoa powder

¾ tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

½ cup butter

1 cup sugar

½ tsp vanilla

3 eggs

2 oz dark chocolate, melted

½ cup chocolate chips

1 cup buttermilk


1) Cream butter with sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one by one and continue mixing.

2) Add melted dark chocolate.

3) Mix dry ingredients and add to butter mix, alternating with buttermilk.

4) Fold in chocolate chips.

5) Pour mixture into a loaf mold, and bake at 350F until set.
