1 cup flour
4 tbsp cocoa powder
¾ tsp baking soda
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
4 tbsp butter
½ cup 72% dark chocolate, melted
Pinch of salt
1) Sift dry ingredients.
2) Cream butter with sugar until completely combined, then add egg. Add melted chocolate.
3) Fold in sifted dry ingredients.
4) Spoon mix into desired size and bake at 350-380F.
