“Buffalo” Savory Granola

1 cup old-fashioned oats

½ cup shelled pistachios

½ cup shelled, chopped pecans

½ cup toasted sesame seeds

1 tablespoon toasted mustard seeds

1 tablespoon flax seeds

1 teaspoon kosher salt

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 large egg white

¼ cup melted butter

¼ cup Frank's RedHot Sauce

1 tablespoon agave syrup


Toss all ingredients together, spread out evenly on a sheet tray and bake at 350 F until crispy.
