We’re excited to be returning south for our 14th year as the official caterer of the Miami Open – which means many things.
We oversee the entire food operation at the tournament, including the restaurants, lounges, bars, suites, food carts, stadium concessions, food trucks and over 8 food stands at the food court. Our food concept will range from quick service grab-and-go bites to fine dining at the member's only clubs.
Some of the local vendors we’re excited to be working with are HipPOPs, Sushi Maki, and The Knife! Some of the daily offerings will be the delicious lobster roll at Off the Hook, complete with house made aioli, celery and red onion in a toasted bun. They’ll also be serving Florida mahi-mahi sandwiches, fish and chips, fried shrimp with crispy bacon remoulade and cool ice teas.
The Marketplace will have BYO salads with a variety of flavorful and farm-fresh ingredients, including hand-sheared greens, charred chicken, local tomatoes and pickled farm vegetables.
Our food mission dovetails with the spirit of Miami, celebrating its vibrant diversity and bold flavors. We have established close relationships with Florida growers and vendors to bring seasonal ingredients and local flavors to our food destinations throughout the site.
And if you want the Miami Cuban vice, make sure to check out savory Latin-American favorites at Latin Cafe 2000 including Cubanos, Arroz can Camarones, and Churrasco, con Chimichurri. Pair with a refreshing Bacardi cocktail such as the Bacardi Mojito or Cuba Libre.
The 2017 tournament will run from March 20th to April 2nd. For tickets and more information, visit MiamiOpen.com.
