We would all like to congratulate Lavinia Leahu for being chosen as Great Performance’s Employee of the Quarter. Lavinia joined the GP team in the fall of 2008 at the Wave Hill Café. Early on her diverse set of skills were noticed and she spent time working both as a Café Attendent and in the kitchen preparing food. As her time here progressed her winning smile and natural charm caused her to be one of the most popular front of house employees and cemented her role as one of the faces of the café.
In her spare time Lavinia loves to cook meals for her family and friends. She keeps balance in her life with daily yoga and meditation sessions. She also enjoys writing poetry and creating her own holiday decorations. We all congratulate Lavinia on her much deserved recognition and look forward to continuing to work with her in the years to come.
